Why I became a Cacao Guardian
My path to becoming a Cacao Guardian came from witnessing
— in myself and in the women I support — how deeply we had disconnected from our bodies, our hearts, and our capacity to receive.
As a business mentor, strategist, and space holder, I saw how many women were trying to build aligned, impactful businesses from a place of depletion. Carrying ancestral patterns of over-giving. Holding families, teams, and communities together. Leading without ever being held themselves.
Cacao found me at a time when I realised that strategy without safety in the body doesn’t sustain.
That leadership without softness becomes brittle.
And that remembrance requires ritual.
Becoming a Cacao Guardian is a commitment to honour cacao with reverence, cultural respect, and integrity — not as a trend, but as a sacred ally.
It is my way of ensuring that every Homecoming journey is rooted in safety, intention, and deep respect for the lineage of this medicine.
